Building Security Programs That Serve the Business
Kris Boike has spent her career proving that strong security is business strategy, not a technical afterthought. For her, building and maturing a program is not about applying a fixed template. It is about understanding what an organization actually needs and shaping protection around its goals, its constraints, and its appetite for risk.
Working across Fortune 50 enterprises, financial institutions, and the Federal Reserve System, Kris has designed security architecture, matured governance and risk programs, and led transformation in some of the most heavily regulated environments in the world. She understands that every organization is a unique recipe of variables, and she builds security strategy that is scalable, defensible, and aligned to the business. Her focus is never technology change for its own sake. It is durable protection that leadership can stand behind.
